Do you, like many others, enjoy feasting in the glitz and glamour of the runway? We have the juicy deetz for you if you want to know the different trends in Milan, Paris, London, and New York this coming season.

We’ll focus mostly on the trends what’s hot and leave out the what’s not for another day.

Milan on Statement Coats

Brand themes are varied and ranged from Bright patent cobalt blues and greens from Marni, knee-grazing trench coats from Ferretti and fun-loving outfits from Dolce and Gabbana like animal printed cape, bold floral embroideries, and even velvet collars in bright red jackets. They even used drones to showcase their new collection of handbags giving everyone a glimpse into the future.

Paris steals the scene

Chanel chose natural elements for their trends where they used the trees and leaves showcasing “Fall” in all ways possible, even having leaf prints topped with their oversized scarves.

Saint Laurent wowed with their strong branding all the way to their monochromatic, black theme with varied texture.

London with the daring and the bold

Models showcased Burberry with loud, rainbow colors, unique patterns on their trench coats, and the Burberry check which was used as a reference for most of their pieces that ranged from gowns, jackets, and even caps.

Christopher Kane opted to go with daring pieces as he played with skirts that have fur trims and dresses with colorful crystals.

New York’s leather and fur

Philipp Plein’s spaced inspired runway with a floating spaceship was a sight to remember with models strutting on the runway covered in loud pink and white fluffy coats, and stylish sportswear.

Casual, sporty, and shimmery is the best way to describe DennisBasso’s collection which also showcased very over-the-top yet fun-loving pieces like leather trousers with lace inserts and even celestial embroideries.

Creativity was at its peak for all four. I am pretty sure that rating them from best to least will stir different opinions.

Fashion week is always anticipated because everyone despite the difference in tastes will always find a collection or two that they will love.
